Warning: this is a frivolous post about me and me: The magazine I most often write for these days (whose articles are not yet online, in case you're wondering why the eff I don't link new work), asked me, gently, if I could provide a new author photograph, their having to run the same one four times in the past year. My, I took an immediate dislike to the one on the right! You look angry to me. Maybe I'm hampered by knowing you, and your range of expressions, but you are lovelier than that even when you really are angry! I love the one on the left, always have.

The one on the right is more conventionally attractive, but the one on the left is more intriguing and way sexier.
