I deciced years ago to never again fly United. They are simply the worst, in terms of service, price, being on time. A guaranteed terrible experience, every time. But nothing I've experienced compares to this. While I commend the employee who eventually agreed, off-shift, to try to find 10-year-old Pheobe Klebahn, who was abandoned and made to wait in the Chicago airport, said employee should work for a company with a conscience.
Seriously, put these people out of business.
